Nando’s call centre and complaints
Nando’s contact page says to call 0860 113 332 if you want to speak to Nando’s about the meal you had, the service you were given or the restaurant itself. The page also lists customercare@nandos.com through its “Email The Team” links, a contact form with a 2,000-character message limit, the Nando’s South Africa Facebook page, and X. Nando’s says the team is there from 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. For a problem with collected food or missing items, Nando’s online ordering help says to call the restaurant you ordered from, ask for the manager on duty and have your receipt ready. Nando’s also runs a Talk to Nando’s survey: the details are on your till slip, and completing it enters you into a monthly draw for R1,000 vouchers.
