Reporting stolen goods to Cash Crusaders
Cash Crusaders says it works with the police on laws governing the second-hand goods industry, that its stores and records are open to full inspection at any time, and that there is a seven-day time lag before anything it buys goes on sale. If you have had goods stolen, fill in the Report Stolen Items form with your province, as much detail as possible and a photo; Cash Crusaders says it will alert its stores in your area to look out for and report similar items.
Cash Crusaders warranty on second-hand goods
According to Cash Crusaders’ Warranty Policy, second-hand products carry a 6-month warranty for defects and failings not caused by your use. Out-of-box faulty goods should be returned within 7 days of purchase for replacement, refund or repair. Credits, exchanges or repairs apply only if you were not aware of the defect when buying and a qualified service centre confirms a pre-existing defect. Damage from power surges or load shedding, physical alterations such as a changed plug, viruses or malware, insect infestation and water damage are excluded, and consumables such as bulbs and batteries are not guaranteed. Cash Crusaders’ services also include loans against goods, loan extensions, Ozow loan payments, deliveries, click and collect, and a 6-month lay-by.
