• Note the two Eastern Cape numbers as the company publishes them: the Gqeberha store carries an 043 East London code and the East London store an 041 Gqeberha code. If one does not answer, try the other before assuming the store is closed

Buying and returns

• The website sells internationally but prices in rand, so an overseas order still settles in ZAR
• Knitwear is made in limited collection runs. A sold-out piece is usually gone rather than backordered, which is why the stores and the online store hold different stock
• For a return or an exchange, contact the store you bought from, or the online mailbox for a web order. Keep the order number
• For a consumer complaint the company cannot resolve, the National Consumer Commission is on 012 065 1940
