For a refund, Roman’s asks for your full name, the email address on your Roman’s Pizza account and the store you ordered from. If no order confirmation SMS arrives, check the email address you signed up with first, then call the store to confirm the order was received.

Roman’s Pizza is a pizza franchise with more than 270 stores listed in its online directory, each offering collection and, where the store is set up for it, delivery. Menus differ by store, so an item missing from the website usually means that branch no longer carries it rather than a fault with the site. Soshanguve has several branches, so check the centre name before you call. Besides the two above, the directory lists Batho Plaza (012 665 5653) and Southview Shopping Centre in Soshanguve South (010 158 0374). Kimberley likewise has three stores. Hours can change on public holidays, and the directory shows the current day’s times when you select a store.
