WOLO Travel sells packaged holidays to Southeast Asia, Dubai, Zanzibar and similar destinations, and it trades from three walk-in stores as well as online. Each store has its own landline and its own mailbox, which is more useful than the national number if you are already dealing with a consultant there.

National line

WOLO Travel Rosebank

WOLO Travel Centurion

WOLO Travel Tyger Valley

All three mailboxes are branch addresses rather than individual consultants, so they survive staff changes. Quote your booking reference in the subject line.

Paying over time

WOLO markets a pay-over-time option for trips. Before committing to one, get in writing what happens if you cancel, what portion of what you have paid is refundable and by when, and whether the price is fixed or can be adjusted before departure. A holiday paid off in instalments is still a credit arrangement in substance, and the money at risk is usually much larger than a retail purchase.

Questions worth asking before you pay a deposit

WOLO does not publish an IATA number or ASATA membership on its contact or store pages. That is not unusual for a packaged-holiday retailer, but it is worth asking for directly, because those memberships determine what protection exists if the agency fails between your payment and your departure.
