The consumer services postal address is in Gqeberha, not Johannesburg, which is where Cadbury has long manufactured in South Africa. Posting a complaint to Woodmead sends it to the wrong desk.

Complaining about a product

Photograph the item, the packaging, the batch code and the best-before date before you handle it further, and quote the batch code in the first message rather than waiting to be asked.
