GFS Contact Details

Verified 6 September 2026Official source onlyIndependent directoryReport a wrong number

If you are here because of a message about a “GFS” parcel asking you to pay a customs or duty fee, read the warning below before you pay anything. GFS Express warns on its own website that its name is being copied by fraudsters.

What GFS Express says itself

The company’s contact page carries a notice in capital letters: it does not deliver for AliExpress, Alibaba, Temu or any online service provider. It says it receives many calls and emails about parcel tracking from people whose parcels are not its shipments, and that if you cannot track a parcel on the GFS Express website then it is not a GFS Express shipment and you must contact the supplier or the company you actually contracted with. It adds that the GFS name is being copied by fraudsters and that it is taking action against them.

GFS Express contact details

  • Main office: GFS Express and Logistics Limited, Swain Business Park, Thorney Mill Road, Iver, Buckinghamshire SL0 9AQ, United Kingdom
  • Telephone: 08443 350 530, a United Kingdom number
  • Websites: gfsxp.com and gfsexpress.com

GFS Express describes itself as a worldwide logistics company and air charter operator covering Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the USA, Canada and the Caribbean, with pre-booking collection points in central London. It publishes no South African office and no South African telephone number.

There is no GFS South Africa

The domain gfs.co.za resolves but serves nothing — it returns an empty web server directory listing with no site on it. No company trading as GFS in South Africa publishes contact details on a site of its own. Business directories list a GFS Holdings in Durban, but that entry carries no first-party source, and directory listings are not something to phone on the strength of.

If you have had a parcel message

  • Try the tracking number on gfsexpress.com first. If it does not track there, it is not their shipment, and whoever sent you the message is not GFS Express.
  • Go back to the retailer you actually bought from and ask which courier they used. That is the only reliable way to identify a genuine shipment.
  • South African customs duty on a genuine import is collected by SARS through the courier, against a documented assessment. It is never collected by SMS link, and never into a personal bank account.

Reporting it

A fake delivery-fee message is fraud. Report it to your bank immediately if you paid, and to the SAPS. Do not click the link to check — the payment page is usually the point of the exercise, and entering card details there hands them over. Forward the message to your mobile network’s spam reporting number rather than replying to it.
