Registration, pre-qualification and accreditation all run through the supplier portal rather than by phone. Gold Fields publishes a Supplier Code of Business Conduct and a supplier classification process; read both before applying, because an incomplete registration is the usual reason an application stalls.

Reporting misconduct
Gold Fields runs an independent ethics line for South Africa on 0800 203 711, with reports going to [email protected] rather than to the company. It is the route for suspected fraud, bribery, safety cover-ups or human rights concerns, and it accepts anonymous reports.
