WeconnectU is South African property management software, not a service you phone about your own flat. If you are a trustee, a managing agent or a landlord, this is the right company. If you are an owner or a tenant with a complaint, it almost certainly is not — and knowing that saves a call.
WeconnectU contact details
- Telephone: 086 999 0756, written internationally as +27 86 999 0756
- Address: Kara Place, The Grove Business Estate, Ou Paardevlei Road, Somerset West, 7310
- A Book a Demo form and a Contact Sales route on weconnectu.co.za
- A client portal sign-in for existing customers
No email address is published. The form and the number are the routes, and existing clients have a support channel inside the portal rather than a public mailbox.
The three products, so you name the right one
- Community Management — for running body corporates and homeowners associations.
- Rental Asset Management — for managing a rental portfolio.
- RedRabbit — for inspections and maintenance.
Say which one you are asking about in the first sentence. They are separate products with separate sign-ins, and a support question about inspections is not answered by the community management team.
If you are an owner or a tenant, this is not your contact
WeconnectU sells the software your managing agent or trustees use. It does not manage your building, does not hold your levy money and cannot change a statement, release a clearance certificate or resolve a dispute with your body corporate. All of that sits with the managing agent whose name is on your levy statement. Phoning the software company will get you politely redirected there.
Where a sectional title dispute actually goes
- Start with the managing agent in writing, then the trustees.
- A levy, conduct rule, maintenance, or governance dispute in a sectional title scheme goes to the Community Schemes Ombud Service, which is a statutory body and is free to use.
- A managing agent handling trust money must hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate from the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. Ask to see it.
If you are evaluating the software
Ask the questions that matter after the demo, not during it: what the data export looks like if you leave, whether trust accounting is reconciled to the bank inside the system, how many entities the licence covers, and what support hours actually are. A managing agent is a regulated business handling other people’s money, so the audit trail and the export are worth more than the interface.
A note on the 086 prefix
An 086 number is a share-call or non-geographic number. It is not toll free and it is not always included in a mobile bundle, so a long call can cost more than you expect. If the enquiry is not urgent, the form is the cheaper route and it puts your question in writing.
