APM Bus Contact Details
The APM coach service currently selling tickets online is APM Western Cape Services (Pty) Ltd, trading as APM Western Cape and APM Coaches. It has no working website of its own. Its contact number and email are published in its online booking portal, apmwc.bookings.ratality.com, and in the terms and conditions linked from it. Both were read on 14 September 2026, when trips from Cape Town were on sale for later in September.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not APM and cannot book, change or refund a ticket.

APM does not publish an emergency or after-hours number, a WhatsApp number, or a separate office number for Cape Town, Johannesburg or Port Elizabeth. The booking portal lists opening hours, but they appear to be the booking platform’s settings rather than confirmed call centre hours, so we have not repeated them.
Be careful with other “APM bus” numbers and websites. The domain apmbus.com lapsed and now carries an unrelated gambling site, apmbus.co.za is an unrelated bus blog, and apm.co.za belongs to a different business. Numbers in the 012 and 011 ranges and the info@apmbus.com address that circulate on directory sites do not appear anywhere APM itself publishes. Do not pay for a ticket into a personal bank account or through a WhatsApp message; book through the portal or confirm on 021 100 5126 first.
What this organisation provides
APM runs scheduled intercity coach services only. Charters, tours, transfers and vehicle hire are switched off in its booking system. Its network has more than 100 pick-up and drop-off points, from Cape Town Railway Station and Bellville through the Garden Route and Eastern Cape (Port Elizabeth, East London, Mthatha, Queenstown) to Durban, Bloemfontein, Kimberley, Johannesburg Park Station, Pretoria Station, Polokwane and Mbombela.
The name APM is also used for Africa People Mover. We could not find a first-party source confirming how that name relates to APM Western Cape Services, so this page covers only the operator whose booking portal and contacts we could check.
Address and operating information
APM publishes no office street address. What it does publish is its stops. Some of the main ones, as named in the booking portal:
- Cape Town: Cape Town Railway Station; Bellville, Mispel Road opposite Town Lodge
- Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha): Port Elizabeth Train Station; Greenacres McDonald’s, corner Cape Road and Penny Street; Uitenhage, 59 Caledon Street
- Durban: Durban Station; Durban Beachfront
- Gauteng: Johannesburg Park Station; Pretoria Station, luxury coach terminal
Stops are sometimes moved, so check the departure point on your ticket and confirm it with APM a day before you travel, particularly for early-morning departures.
Support and escalation routes
APM’s terms and conditions (dated March 2022, so confirm current rules when you book) set out the points most enquiries are about:
- Check-in: be at the departure point 30 minutes before a domestic departure and one hour before a cross-border departure.
- Changes and cancellations: outside three hours of travel, a ticket can be moved to another date or held as credit with a 10% penalty. APM does not give cash refunds.
- Children: under 12s must travel with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over; 12 to 18 year olds may travel alone only with APM’s indemnity form.
- Luggage: excess luggage is charged per kilogram.
Put a complaint in writing to info@apmwesterncape.com with your booking reference, travel date and route. If it is not resolved, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud takes complaints about services on 0860 000 272, WhatsApp 081 335 3005 or info@cgso.org.za. For lost property, call 021 100 5126 as soon as possible with your seat and trip details.
