Volkswagen does not publish a telephone number for the Kariega head office or the Sandton sales office on its help page, and it lists no WhatsApp line. The Customer Interaction Centre is the route for anything that is not a dealer matter.
What this organisation provides
The company behind vw.co.za is Volkswagen Group Africa (Pty) Ltd, shortened to VWGA in its legal notices, although many people still search for Volkswagen of South Africa or VWSA.
