adidas warns that callers to the service line may hear “we are not able to route your call”. It says this is an automated error and that you should stay on the line, as the call will still connect. The help pages also carry a notice that high order volumes are delaying the processing of orders and returns by about 6 to 8 working days.
What this organisation provides
adidas.co.za is the South African online shop for adidas footwear, clothing and accessories. adidas also runs its own full-price stores and outlet stores. adiClub is its free membership programme. Points for online and in-store purchases usually reach your account within 72 hours, and missing points cannot be claimed in a store. Products bought from other retailers that stock adidas fall under that retailer’s own returns policy, and adidas says it will not process refunds for them.
An adidas order number is three capital letters followed by eight digits; keep it ready before you call or write. Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery, after you request the return through Customer Services. Items must be in their original state and packaging, with clothing tags attached and shoes in the original box. Store purchases can be refunded within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, face masks and face coverings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

The adidas Store at Wonderpark is on the ground floor, Shop 201, Wonderpark Shopping Centre, corner Brits Road and Heinrich Avenue, Karenpark, Pretoria 0118. It trades Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, and Saturday and Sunday, 09:00 to 17:00. The store finder lists the number as +27 0120017011, which is dialled locally as 012 001 7011.
Other adidas stores in Pretoria listed on 16 September 2026 include the Menlyn store (012 001 7009), the Kolonnade Retail Park outlet (012 001 7007) and the Pretoria CBD outlet (012 001 7003).
