Official PEP head office contact route
PEP’s contact page does not print a street address or a switchboard for PEP itself. It gives the PEP Customer Care Line, +27 86 073 7000, the PEP WhatsApp number, +27 60 070 2320, an online contact form, and the head office postal address, PO Box 6376, Parow East 7501. For most customer queries, these are the routes to use.
The Cape Town street address and switchboard belong to PEP’s parent company. Pepkor Holdings publishes its registered address as 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria 7493, postal address PO Box 6100, Parow East 7500, and telephone +27 21 929 4800. That number is for the Pepkor group, not a PEP customer line. Pepkor’s general enquiries email is info@pepkor.co.za.
