Returns and refunds

PEP’s online order terms say that if there is a problem with an order collected in store, the store staff will help, and for home deliveries you should notify customer care or return the items to your closest PEP or PEP Home store. Refunds for online orders are processed immediately but can take up to 14 days to reflect, and the delivery fee is not refundable. For cellphone accessories, only faulty units can be returned, with the original till slip, within a 6-month warranty unless the packaging says otherwise. For faulty DStv decoders after one year, PEP’s terms say to contact DStv directly on 083 900 3788.
