Mega Bus Contact Details
To contact Mega Bus, call +27 10 055 5980 (Unitrans Johannesburg office) or 021 981 2100 (Unitrans Cape Town office).
Mega Bus does not publish a phone number or email of its own: to book or get a price, use the “Get a quote” form on the Unitrans Mega Bus page, or call the Unitrans Johannesburg office on +27 10 055 5980. Mega Bus is the passenger transport brand of Unitrans (Unitrans Africa, a KAP group company), and it runs charter and contract buses for mines, commuters, shuttles, special hires and tours.
Mega Bus is not a scheduled intercity service where you buy a ticket for a seat, and it is not megabus.com, the UK and US coach brand. It is also separate from Mega Coach. The old megabus.co.za address now redirects to the Unitrans Mega Bus page.

Official contact channels
The official route to Mega Bus is its online quote form. To use it:
- Open the Mega Bus page at unitransafrica.com/solutions/mega-bus/ and complete the “Get a quote” form with your name, email, phone number and trip details.
- Or use the Unitrans contact form at unitransafrica.com/contact-us/. Choose “I would like a quote” as the nature of the enquiry and “Passenger Services” as the solution, then say whether the trip is once-off or a contract, and give the number of passengers, the pick-up and drop-off points and the dates.
The phone numbers in the table are Unitrans group offices, not Mega Bus direct lines: Johannesburg on +27 10 055 5980, Cape Town on 021 981 2100 and Durban on 031 465 1234.
