APM bus tickets and online bookings

APM runs scheduled intercity coach services only. Charters, tours, transfers and vehicle hire are switched off in its booking system. The ticket is then either moved to another date or converted into loyalty-programme credit. There is no cash refund. Tickets bought through Shoprite or Computicket are not taken back there. The terms give no route for cancelling within three hours of departure.

- Check-in: be at the departure point 30 minutes before a domestic departure and one hour before a cross-border departure.
