What BMW South Africa provides
BMW South Africa sells and services BMW vehicles through its network of retailers and service partners, which you can find with the retailer locator. Book a service online through the BMW appointments page. BMW says its Service Inclusive plan can save up to 20%, depending on mileage.
BMW On Call covers everything from flat tyres to accidents. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, BMW sends a Service Mobile or a towing service and can arrange a taxi, flight or hotel. Free basic accident assistance includes towing, car rental and BMW Teleservice, and regular servicing at a BMW Service Partner unlocks extras such as travel and overnight costs.
