Two official Ford sources publish Ford Midrand, and they do not agree. The dealership runs its own site at fordmidrand.hatfieldgroup.co.za; Ford South Africa also lists the branch in the Ford Approved dealer directory. The number, the street address and the Friday hours are different in each. The dealership’s own page is the one to use, and it is the one quoted below, read on 6 September 2026.

The dealership publishes no e-mail address. Written contact goes through the form on its contact page, which carries a department selector – General, New Sales, Used Sales, Service, Parts or Finance. Choosing the department is what routes the message, so a service booking sent as a General enquiry takes the long way round.
What the Ford directory says instead
- It does not print a number at all. The listing shows a Reveal Number button, the usual sign of a call-tracking line rather than the branch switchboard.
- It gives the address as corner New Road and 16th Road, Randjespark, Midrand, 1685.
- It shows Friday as 08:00 to 13:00, while the dealership’s own site shows Friday running to 17:30 like the rest of the week.
- It publishes a named salesperson’s mailbox rather than a departmental one, so that address is not repeated here.
A tracked number normally still reaches the dealership, but it is provisioned by the directory and can be retired without warning; the Friday discrepancy is the more practical problem, because it is the difference between arriving at four in the afternoon and finding the doors open or shut. Call 010 595 0974 and ask before you drive out.
Where the branch sits
Ford Midrand is a Hatfield Motor Group dealership. The group publishes a dealer-network page at hatfieldgroup.co.za, but that page does not list Midrand among its named dealers – the branch is reached through its own subdomain instead. If a group-level query gets no answer, go back to the branch line rather than assuming the dealership has closed.
Three things the branch cannot do
- Warranty policy decisions and goodwill outside the warranty sit with the Ford Customer Relationship Centre on 0860 011 022, not with the dealer.
- Finance account queries belong with Ford Credit or with whichever bank wrote the agreement.
- Recall checks are done against the VIN through Ford South Africa’s recall pages before you book the car in.
