For Toyota service plan queries, call the Toyota Customer Care Centre on 0800 139 111 or email ccc@toyota.co.za, and book the service itself with your Toyota dealer’s service department. Toyota South Africa Motors sells and services its service plans through its dealer network, and its Customer Care Centre handles service support and warranty queries as well as general and product enquiries.

This page covers the standard and complimentary Toyota service plan. The Toyota extended service plan has its own page on this site. For Toyota’s other numbers see the main Toyota contact details page.

Official Toyota service plan route

Service plan bookings go through your Toyota dealer’s service department. Use the dealer locator at toyota.co.za/dealers to find the nearest one.

If the dealer cannot resolve a service plan or warranty query, contact the Toyota Customer Care Centre on 0800 139 111 or at ccc@toyota.co.za. From outside South Africa, call +27 11 809 9111. Note that +27 11 799 1640 is the Roadside Assistance number for callers outside South Africa, not the customer care line.

Service plan support

Toyota’s owner section has separate pages for service plans, the complimentary service plan, maintenance plans and wear-and-tear plans. The site also has a service plan quotation tool and a service plan lookup by VIN (vehicle identification number), so you can check which items your plan covers online before you contact a dealer.

If your Toyota breaks down, call Toyota Roadside Assistance on 0800 022 600 in South Africa, or +27 11 799 1640 from outside the country. The site footer also lists 0800 139 111 for roadside assistance.

Eligibility, account or policy requirements

Toyota’s plan terms were not readable at the time of checking, so confirm what your plan covers with your dealer or through the VIN lookup on toyota.co.za. Have your VIN to hand when you call, as the online plan lookup is based on it.

  1. Contact your Toyota dealer’s service department to book a service under your plan.
  2. If the dealer does not resolve your service plan or warranty query, call the Toyota Customer Care Centre on 0800 139 111 or email ccc@toyota.co.za.

Escalation route

Toyota does not publish a separate escalation line for service plans. The Customer Care Centre, 0800 139 111 or ccc@toyota.co.za, is the route above the dealer. Keep your dealer’s job card and any reference numbers when you contact it.

For other car brands, browse the automotive hub or the automotive directory T listings.
