  • Balance or statement: call 021 764 3404 or email CustomerCare@directaxis.co.za. DirectAxis says it can provide your outstanding balance or send a statement.
  • Settle your loan: call 021 764 3404 for a settlement amount based on when you want to settle. DirectAxis provides its bank details and closes the account once payment is made within the agreed time frame.
  • Change personal or bank details: call 021 764 3404. DirectAxis says this must be done by phone for security reasons, and documents may be needed to confirm that the account is in your name and that your salary is paid into it. Standard network rates apply.
