RCS Jet Contact Details
To activate an RCS Jet Account card or set its PIN, call 0860 111 881; for general account questions, RCS customer service is 0861 729 727. The RCS Jet Account is a store card issued by RCS Group that replaced the old Jet Account and works at Jet, Edgars and TFG stores plus the RCS network of 30 000 stores.

Official contact channels
The RCS Jet Account line for card activation and PIN setup is 0860 111 881, as printed in RCS’s own Jet Account customer letter. For everything else about your account, RCS’s contact page lists customer service on 0861 729 727 and card enquiries at rcscards@rcsgroup.co.za. To dispute a transaction, call 0861 775 522. If you suspect fraud on your account, call 021 597 4970 or email investigations@rcsgroup.co.za; the same email is for anyone who has been the victim of a scam involving RCS.
What the RCS Jet Account provides
The RCS Jet Account replaced the old Jet Account. Customers received a new RCS Jet Account card by courier, and the new account number appears on the monthly statement. Fees and interest are unchanged from the old Jet Account.
- Up to 55 days interest-free credit on purchases when you pay the full outstanding amount on time every month
- Use at any Jet, Edgars or TFG store and across the RCS network of 30 000 stores
- A PIN-enabled card: your personal PIN is needed for all purchases
- If you pay by debit order or EFT, use the new RCS Jet Account card number
To get started:
- Activate the new card by calling 0860 111 881.
- Set your PIN by calling 0860 111 881 or dialling *120*5102*card number#. Have your ID number ready.
- Check your available credit on the RCS App, the Self Service portal, by dialling *120*727*card number*# or by calling 0861 729 727.
The balance USSD uses your 19-digit card number and costs 20c per enquiry.
