YesPlay Bet Contact Details

YesPlay is an online betting site operated by SA Sportsbook (Pty) Ltd from Cape Town. It publishes its bookmaker licence number and its regulator, which is what lets you confirm you are dealing with a licensed South African operator rather than an offshore site.

What this organisation provides

YesPlay offers sports betting, lucky numbers, casino games, slots and BetGames. It states that all bets, including those on casino games and slots, are settled on fixed-odds betting rules, which is how a bookmaker licence covers casino-style products. The platform is powered by CDP Gaming Technologies. Betting is restricted to persons aged 18 and over.

Address and operating information

The registered address is 80 Strand Street, Cape Town, Western Cape, 8001. The operating entity is SA Sportsbook (Pty) Ltd trading as YesPlay, licensed by the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board under bookmaker licence 10180204-013, issued on 26 November 2025. Quoting that licence number is the quickest way to confirm with the board that the operator is the licensed one.

Support and escalation routes

Raise a betting or payout dispute with support first, in writing, and keep the bet reference and your account details. If it is not resolved, the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board is the regulator that licenses the operator and the body that handles complaints about a licensed bookmaker. Note that the counselling line above, 0800 006 008, is the national toll-free line run by the National Responsible Gambling Programme and is not a YesPlay number: it is for problem gambling support, not for account or payout queries.
