World Sports Betting Contact Details
World Sports Betting (WSB) lists two phone numbers on the Contact Us page at www.worldsportsbetting.co.za: the Betting Line, 0860 10 33 93, and a Direct Line, +27 11 326 3633. General queries go to support@wsb.co.za and complaints to complaints@wsb.co.za. WSB does not currently publish a WhatsApp number. ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not World Sports Betting and cannot see a betting account, a bet slip or a payment.

The WSB website has a place for WhatsApp contacts on its Contact Us page, but it was empty when we checked. The two WhatsApp numbers that appeared on an earlier version of this page are not published by WSB, so we have removed them. The 0800 006 008 number and the WhatsApp HELP line in the WSB footer belong to the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation, not to World Sports Betting.
What this organisation provides
World Sports Betting is a South African bookmaker offering fixed-odds sports and horse racing bets online and at walk-in branches, plus casino-style games on its website. It has traded under the WSB name since at least 2002, according to its copyright notice.
WSB’s footer names two licences. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board issued Bookmaker Licence 10181495-013 to SWB Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as World Sports Betting Western Cape, valid from 1 December 2025 to 30 November 2026. The Mpumalanga Economic Regulator issued licence 9-2-1-09865, which WSB’s site files as its online licence. WSB’s older sports news site also names a Gauteng Gambling Board licence, RAN004, for World Sports Betting (Pty) Ltd.
To verify an account, you need a copy of your ID and a proof of residence no older than three months. Send them to fica@wsb.co.za, which is the address WSB’s Contact Us page gives for FICA. The account terms still mention an older address and a fax number, so use the Contact Us address.
Address and operating information
WSB’s news site gives its registered address as Shop D1260, Banbury Cross Village, corner Malibongwe and Olievenhout Avenue, North Riding, 2164. The branch list on worldsportsbetting.co.za gives these branch numbers:

Most Gauteng branches list Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 07:00 to 19:00. The racecourse outlets at Turffontein, Greyville, Scottsville, Kenilworth and Durbanville open on race days only. Branches in Benoni, Edenvale, Randburg, Pretoria and Darling Street, Cape Town, are listed without a phone number.
Support and escalation routes
- Contact support@wsb.co.za or the Direct Line with your username and bet slip or transaction reference. Payment problems go to payments@wsb.co.za.
- If the answer does not resolve it, put your complaint in writing to complaints@wsb.co.za and keep a copy.
- If WSB does not resolve it, complain to the board that licensed the business you dealt with. For a Western Cape branch, that is the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (wcgrb.co.za), licence 10181495-013. For a Gauteng branch, it is the Gauteng Gambling Board on (011) 581 4800 or info@ggb.org.za, quoting RAN004. For an online bet, it is the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator (mer.org.za), which issued the licence WSB files as its online licence, 9-2-1-09865.
Only people aged 18 and over may bet. For free counselling about problem gambling, the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation’s toll-free line is 0800 006 008. That line cannot help with your WSB account.
