Supabets customer support is on +27 11 215 7000 and support@supabets.co.za. FICA documents go to fica2@supabets.co.za or the FICA WhatsApp line, 060 017 6911. The help centre also offers live chat and a call-back request. These details were read on supabets.co.za (which now opens new.supabets.co.za) on 16 September 2026.

The only WhatsApp number Supabets publishes today is the FICA line. Its current site gives no general customer support WhatsApp number, so older support numbers shared online (such as 060 017 6064 or 071 239 1133) could not be confirmed. The old FICA address fica@supabets.co.za has been replaced by fica2@supabets.co.za. The 0800 006 008 number and the WhatsApp HELP line in the Supabets footer belong to the national responsible gambling programme, not to Supabets.
What this organisation provides
Supabets is a South African betting brand operated by Portapa 2 (Pty) Ltd trading as SUPABETS. It offers online sports betting, including live and pre-match markets, horse racing, Play Vegas casino-style games, live tables and Supanumbers numbers games. It also runs walk-in betting branches.
Before your first withdrawal you must complete FICA. Supabets asks for a copy of your ID and a proof of residence document no older than three months. The name on the proof of residence must match your ID, and the full address must be shown: unit or street number, complex and street name, suburb and city. Send clear copies by WhatsApp or email and wait for the confirmation email. Supabets says withdrawals go through an audit and are paid out within 24 hours.
Address and operating information
Supabets does not publish a head office street address on its current website. The Illovo address shown on an earlier version of this page does not appear anywhere on supabets.co.za. For in-person help, the store locator and FAQ pages list branches, among them Germiston (Rand Value Centre, 36 Rand Road), Newtown (44 Diagonal Street), Johannesburg CBD (123 Commissioner Street), Kempton Park (3 West Street), Sunnyside (Esselen Towers, 202 Robert Sobukwe Street), Pinetown (23 Hill Street), Durban (477 Anton Lembede Street) and Wynberg in Cape Town (239 Maqin Street).
The help centre does not list operating hours for the phone line or chat. Branch trading hours are not published either, so call before you travel.
Support and escalation routes
- Email support@supabets.co.za with your username or registered cellphone number, the Bet ID or transaction details, and what went wrong. Keep the reply.
- If the problem continues, phone +27 11 215 7000 and refer to your email, or request a call back from the help centre.
- If Supabets does not resolve it, complain to its licensing body. Supabets says it is regulated by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator under licence number 9-2-1-00055 (mer.org.za). Quote the licence number in your complaint.
Only persons 18 and older may gamble. If you want to stop, Supabets says it can disable your account for as long as you specify, and it publishes a Player Exclusion Policy. Free counselling is available on the national responsible gambling programme’s toll-free line, 0800 006 008, which is separate from Supabets.
