Hollywoodbets Contact Details
The Hollywoodbets contact number for login and account problems is customer support on 087 353 7634, and the Hollywoodbets email address is HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net. Those two cover account, deposit, withdrawal and verification queries. Be careful with the number next to it: Phone A Bet is 087 353 7633, one digit different, and it exists for placing bets over the phone, not for fixing an account problem. Hollywoodbets says you can contact it at any time and does not publish call centre hours. The details on this page were read from the help pages on hollywoodbets.net (the official site, also reached by typing www.hollywoodbets.net) on 14 September 2026, and from the official Hollywoodbets blog, most recently on 4 October 2026.

Hollywoodbets login contact number: password and phone number changes
Hollywoodbets does not publish a separate login number, mobile number or cellphone support number. For login and account problems in South Africa, call customer support on 087 353 7634 or email HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net.
You can reset a forgotten password yourself. On hollywoodbets.net, click Change Password or Cell Number, choose SMS or email, enter your ID number and the cellphone number or email address you used to open the account, then enter the one-time PIN and your new password. To change the phone number on your Hollywoodbets account, the same menu has a Change Cell Number option.
Hollywoodbets cell phone betting
To place a bet by phone, call Phone A Bet on 087 353 7633. It is for betting only; account problems go to 087 353 7634.
Hollywoodbets email address for support, deposits and withdrawals
The general Hollywoodbets email address is HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net, and it is also the Hollywoodbets withdrawal email: withdrawals@hollywoodbets.net handles withdrawal queries, but if a withdrawal is stuck, HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net or 087 353 7634 is the published route. Hollywoodbets’ FAQ page also gives deposit@hollywoodbets.net for deposits, withdrawals@hollywoodbets.net for withdrawals and bankdetails@hollywoodbets.net for updating your bank details, and its privacy notice names helpdesk@hollywoodbets.net for customer and account queries. Its deposit help page tells customers whose deposit has not been credited to contact HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net or call 087 353 7634. Hollywoodbets publishes no separate withdrawals phone number: the FAQ gives 087 353 7634 for deposit and withdrawal queries alike. Be wary of any “withdrawal agent” who contacts you first or asks you to pay a fee to release winnings: that is not a published Hollywoodbets process.
When you contact support about money – a missing deposit or a withdrawal query – include the payment reference number:
- your Hollywoodbets account number and the cellphone number it is registered to
- the reference number of the deposit or withdrawal, and the payment method used
- the date, time and exact amount
A withdrawal that is held is often an unverified account rather than a fault, which is why the FICA section below matters.
Does Hollywoodbets have a WhatsApp or toll-free number?
Not for customer support. This is the most common mix-up, because two numbers printed in the footer of every Hollywoodbets page look like they could be. The toll-free line 0800 006 008 and the WhatsApp number 076 675 0710 belong to the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation, an independent counselling service. Hollywoodbets displays them because licensed operators must promote responsible gambling. They will not help with a withdrawal, a bet or a locked account, and calling them for that ties up a line meant for people who need help with gambling harm.
Hollywoodbets’ own real-time text option is the Live Chat button in its site and app. For a written record, use HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net. The “Join Us On WhatsApp” link on Hollywoodbets’ contact page opens a WhatsApp channel for news, not a support line, and Hollywoodbets publishes no Facebook Messenger support channel: its contact page lists X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube only as social media.
FICA verification: where to send your documents
As a licensed betting operator, Hollywoodbets must verify who you are under the Financial Intelligence Centre Act. Its FICA help page says the document it needs is a copy of your ID, and gives three ways to submit it:
- hand it in at any Hollywood branch
- fax it to 086 673 2627
- email it to HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net
Send it from the email address or with the account details that match your profile, so it can be linked to the right account.
Hollywoodbets contact details in Durban
Hollywoodbets customer care is national, on 087 353 7634. The Durban numbers Hollywoodbets publishes are branch numbers from its KwaZulu-Natal branch list. That list is dated March 2019 on the Hollywoodbets blog, and the page’s own data shows it was last modified on 14 April 2026, so call before you visit.
| Branch | Address | Telephone |
|---|---|---|
| Durban CBD | 439 Dr Pixley Kaseme Street, Durban CBD | 087 353 0038 |
| Springfield Park | 126 Intersite Avenue, Umgeni Business Park, Durban | 087 362 6994 |
| Bluff | 884 Bluff Road (next to SPAR), Bluff, Durban | 087 350 4708 |
| Pinetown | 18 Kings Road, New Germany, Pinetown | 087 350 4701 |
Hollywoodbets does not publish call centre or branch opening and closing times on its contact page or KwaZulu-Natal branch list.
Hollywoodbets branches in other provinces
The Hollywoodbets blog keeps separate branch lists by province. Branch numbers and addresses by province, including Limpopo, Mpumalanga, the Free State and Gauteng, are on our Hollywood branches and contact details page.
Hollywoodbets head office contact details
- Physical address: 6 Tetford Circle, La Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal
- Postal address: PO Box 74234, Rochdale Park, 4034
Hollywoodbets does not list a separate head office telephone number on the pages we read; queries go through customer support on 087 353 7634. Branch queries, for example about the Argyle, Pretoria or Brakpan outlets, are handled through customer support rather than head office. Hollywood Sportsbook trades through separate licensed companies in each province, which is why the licence you fall under depends on where you bet.
Hollywoodbets vacancies and careers
The support pages we read give no HR phone number or vacancies email address, and the customer support line is published for account queries, not job applications. The Careers link in the menu of the official Hollywoodbets blog points to hollywood.simplify.hr, a recruitment portal. When we opened that address on 4 October 2026 it did not load a vacancies page, so follow the Careers link from blog.hollywoodbets.net itself rather than a link in a message or advert. Be cautious of anyone offering a Hollywoodbets job in exchange for a fee; no such process appears on the pages we read.
Hollywoodbets complaints department and queries
Hollywoodbets does not publish a separate complaints department, number or complaints email address. Complaints and general queries go to customer support on 087 353 7634 or HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net. Raise the problem with customer support first, in writing if it concerns money, and keep the reference. Every bet is subject to Hollywood Sportsbook’s terms and conditions of trading, published on its site, and a dispute will be judged against those rules, so read the relevant section before you complain.
Two further mailboxes deal with your personal information rather than your bets: hwinfo@hollywoodbets.net for questions about the privacy notice, and compliance@hollywoodbets.net for PAIA and POPIA information requests.
Self-exclusion and responsible gambling help
Hollywoodbets offers two self-exclusion routes on its Responsible Gambling page. You can complete the national self-exclusion form and email it to the National Gambling Board at info@ngb.org.za, which closes your Hollywoodbets account and returns the funds in it. Or you can email selfexclusion@hollywoodbets.net for help with the process.
For free, confidential counselling, contact the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation on 0800 006 008, by WhatsApp on 076 675 0710, or at helpline@responsiblegambling.org.za.
