Hollywoodbets Polokwane Contact Details
The Hollywoodbets Polokwane contact number is 015 297 5015, at 97 Church Street, Polokwane. The national Hollywoodbets helpline is 087 353 7634 and its email address is HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net. We read these details on hollywoodbets.net and its sports blog on 24 September 2026.

Only the 015 number is a voice line. The 086 number printed beside it is the branch fax and will not connect if you dial it expecting to speak to someone.
The branch keeps the same hours seven days a week rather than trading shorter on a Sunday, which is unusual enough to be worth knowing.
How old this branch listing is
Hollywoodbets publishes its branch details on its sports blog rather than on the betting site, and the Polokwane entry is dated March 2016. The betting site’s own branch locator address now redirects to the home page and returns no branch data at all.
That is the only first-party listing we could find, so it is what this page reports. Treat a decade-old listing accordingly: phone before travelling, and use the national helpline if the branch number does not answer.
Hollywoodbets national contacts
| Helpline | 087 353 7634 |
|---|---|
| HWHelpline@hollywoodbets.net | |
| Head office | 6 Tetford Circle, La Lucia, KwaZulu-Natal, 4034 |
| Website | hollywoodbets.net |
Use the national helpline for anything about an online account, a deposit, a withdrawal or a bet placed on the app or website. The branch handles what happens over its own counter.
Hollywoodbets gives its founding date as 2000 and its registered address as La Lucia in KwaZulu-Natal, which is where the group is run from rather than from any province it trades in.
What the Polokwane branch offers
The branch takes bets on soccer, Lucky Numbers and horse racing. It has slot machines and limited payout machines, Betgames Africa, the Ithuba national lottery, top-up vouchers and customer Wi-Fi.
What it does not have is worth knowing before you travel. There is no restaurant, no licensed bar, no ATM on site and no computers for free browsing. If you need cash, draw it before you arrive.
Parking is street parking in the town centre, so allow time for it.
Licensing
The branch trades under Hollywood Sportsbook, a licensed betting operator. Hollywoodbets states that it is licensed by the Gauteng Gambling Board, the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Board, the Limpopo Gambling Board and the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator.
Licensing is provincial rather than national, and Hollywood Sportsbook runs a separate registered company in each province, including Hollywood Sportsbook Limpopo (Pty) Ltd. The Polokwane branch falls under the Limpopo licence.
That matters when you are checking whether an operator is legitimate: a betting shop must hold a licence from the board of the province it trades in.
Two numbers that are not Hollywoodbets
Hollywoodbets carries a mandatory responsible gambling notice on every page, and it prints two contact numbers that people mistake for company lines.
| South African Responsible Gambling Foundation counselling line | 0800 006 008, toll-free |
|---|---|
| The same service on WhatsApp | Send Help to 076 675 0710 |
Those belong to an independent counselling service, not to a Hollywoodbets desk. They are free and confidential, and they are the right number if gambling itself is the problem rather than a bet or an account.
The notice also states that nobody under 18 may gamble, and that gambling may cause addiction and could be harmful if not controlled.
Before you call
Work out first whether your query is about the branch or about an account. A branch cannot see an online account, and the helpline cannot see what happened over a counter.
For a disputed bet, keep the bet slip or the bet reference. Every dispute is resolved against the slip and against Hollywood Sportsbook’s published trading terms, which it updates regularly and publishes on its site.
Raise a branch dispute with the branch manager first. It is the quickest route and it creates the record everything after it depends on.
