• Email: invest@alexforbes.com
• WhatsApp self service: 060 043 9601

What this organisation provides

Alexforbes is a retirement fund administrator and investment business. The public facing side, Alexforbes Invest, handles retirement annuities, preservation funds, tax free savings and general investments. Employer sponsored retirement funds it administers are reached through the employer or the fund rather than through this number.

Address and operating information

The company publishes no street address on its contact page. Its main website address, alexforbes.com, redirects to the Alexforbes Invest site, so the Invest contact details above are what the group presents publicly. Alexforbes Invest is a licensed financial services provider, FSP number 47234.

Support and escalation routes

The WhatsApp line is not a chat with an agent. Alexforbes instructs you to save 060 043 9601 to your contacts, send the word help, then select Register and follow the menu prompts, after which self service options open. A complaint about advice goes to the FAIS Ombud, and a complaint about a retirement fund to the Pension Funds Adjudicator. The Financial Sector Conduct Authority regulates the licence itself.
