Daily Sun Contact Details
Daily Sun publishes no office address and no telephone number of its own. Its site carries journalists’ bylines and nothing else. The paper is a Media24 title published on the SNL24 platform, whose role mailbox is info@snl24.com, and the registered address behind it is Naspers Centre, 40 Heerengracht Street, Cape Town, 8000. Subscription queries go to 087 353 1300. We checked dailysun.co.za, 24.com and media24.com on 24 September 2026.

Do not write to the corporate office
This is the single most useful thing on this page, and it comes from Media24 itself rather than from us.
Media24 states on its own contact page that the corporate office does not have information on or access to the operational units’ information or systems, that the team at the corporate mailbox cannot help you, and that it will not forward your mail to the unit.
That is unusually blunt, and it is worth believing. A message about Daily Sun sent to a Media24 corporate address does not get passed on. It stops there.
Media24 also says plainly that the corporate office is not involved in any editorial decisions, and asks you to contact the publications directly for media releases, PR liaison, event invitations, news tip-offs, story and book proposals, partnership proposals, copyright requests, archive material, complaints about published content, and letters to the editor.
Why you cannot find a Daily Sun number
Daily Sun’s website runs on SNL24, a Media24 digital platform, and it is built as a single-page application. Its About Us and Press Code links do not load separate pages with contact details; they resolve inside the same application.
We checked the site’s own pages and its footer. There is no switchboard number, no newsroom number, no physical address and no general mailbox published anywhere on it.
What the site does carry is individual journalists’ email addresses attached to their bylines. We do not republish those. They are personal work addresses for named people, they change when someone moves job, and a story tip sent to a reporter who has left simply disappears. Use the platform mailbox instead.
Subscriptions and delivery
If your problem is a paper that did not arrive or money that came off your account, this is the part that matters, and these routes are properly staffed.
| Query | Where |
|---|---|
| General subscriptions, all channels | 087 353 1300, WhatsApp 087 353 1287, or SMS “Service” to 31069 |
| New subscriptions | intekenare.nuut@media24.com |
| Renewals | hernuwings@media24.com |
| Deliveries, account queries, payments, refunds, back copies, cancellations | intekenare@media24.com |
| Availability and accounts at retailers | assistance@media24.com |
Note that 087 353 1300 is office hours only, and 087 is a charged national-rate range rather than a toll-free line. The WhatsApp number and the SMS shortcode are the cheaper routes and do not depend on getting through.
Use intekenare@media24.com for a non-delivery. It is the address Media24 names for deliveries, account queries, payments, refunds, back copies and cancellations, which covers almost everything that goes wrong with a newspaper subscription.
Advertising, legal notices and copyright
Media24 is explicit that advertising queries must not go to the corporate mailbox either. Rate cards, accounts, bookings, payments, invoices and material specifications go through the advertising sales department’s own get-in-touch page on advertising.media24.com, or to the salesperson named on your invoice.
| Legal notices, all regions except Western and Eastern Cape | Legals@media24.com |
|---|---|
| Copyright infringement or illegal distribution | Report@media24.com |
| Report unethical behaviour at Media24 | 0800 999 877 |
| Media24 online shop | shop@media24.com |
0800 999 877 is toll-free, and it is the one free number in this whole set. It is for reporting suspected unethical behaviour at Media24, not for subscription problems.
Two things Media24 says it will not do
Both come up often enough that they are published as standing answers, which saves you writing at all.
Bursaries. Media24 offers bursaries only for postgraduate journalism study at Wits, North-West, Stellenbosch or Rhodes, and for software engineering students. It states it does not fund any other undergraduate study, and asks you to enquire at the journalism schools directly rather than with the company.
Business proposals. Media24 says it does not fund start-ups, new businesses or new media product launches, and that media partnership decisions for major events are decentralised to the individual business units and publications.
