EBK Auto Dealers Contact Details

EBK Auto Dealers publishes a telephone number for three of its branches: La Rochelle on 010 823 5252, Rosettenville on 010 823 7773 and Diagonal Street on 010 823 8276. EBK Auto Dealers is a used car dealership group in the southern suburbs of Johannesburg, trading from several sites around La Rochelle, Rosettenville and Brixton. It is one of the few dealerships that opens on a Sunday. The numbers, addresses and hours on this page were read on the dealership’s contact page on 5 September 2026.

EBK Auto Dealers branches and contact numbers

Branch	Address	Telephone
La Rochelle	7 9th Street, La Rochelle	010 823 5252
Rosettenville	111 Main Street, Rosettenville	010 823 7773
Diagonal	7 Diagonal Street, La Rochelle	010 823 8276
Glenesk	21 La Rochelle, Glenesk	No number published
Brixton	134 High Street, Brixton	No number published

The dealership publishes a telephone number for three of its five branches. If you are not sure which branch has the car you saw advertised, phone any of the three and ask.

Two more branches are listed without contact details: 21 La Rochelle, Glenesk, and 134 High Street, Brixton. Both appear in the site’s branch list but neither has a telephone number or email published anywhere on the contact page. Use one of the three numbers above and ask to be put through.

EBK Auto Dealers email addresses

Each branch also lists an email address, but all three are personal first-name mailboxes belonging to individual salespeople rather than branch or department addresses. They are not reproduced here: staff move on, a personal mailbox is not covered when someone is away, and it is the wrong place to send identity or banking documents for a vehicle purchase. Phone the branch and ask which address to use.

EBK Auto Dealers trading hours

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
• Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
• Sunday: 09:00 – 12:00, the same hours at all three contactable branches.
• Branches: 7 9th Street La Rochelle; 111 Main Street Rosettenville; 7 Diagonal Street La Rochelle; 21 La Rochelle, Glenesk; 134 High Street, Brixton.
• The site spells the suburb both Rosettenville and Rossettenville on the same page. The standard spelling is Rosettenville.

What EBK Auto Dealers sells

• Used vehicle sales, which the dealership describes as wholesale trading of affordable vehicles directly to the public.
• Vehicle finance applications, with a dedicated finance section on the site.
• A sell-your-car route for people disposing of a vehicle rather than buying.
• The site also advertises a Capitec loan offer. Treat any finance promotion as a credit agreement to be read in full, not a discount: the interest rate and total cost of credit matter more than the advertised monthly instalment.

Before you buy, and where to complain

• Get the vehicle independently inspected before you pay a deposit, and get every promise about service history, warranty or repairs written into the sale agreement. A verbal assurance at a dealership is close to unenforceable.
• The Consumer Protection Act overrides a voetstoots clause for a dealer selling in the ordinary course of business. You have six months to return goods that turn out to be defective, and the choice of repair, replacement or refund is yours.
• Unresolved disputes about the vehicle, a repair or a warranty go to the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa on 010 590 8378, which is free to consumers. Complaints about the credit agreement instead, such as reckless lending or undisclosed fees, go to the National Credit Regulator on 0860 627 627.
