Etapath is a Johannesburg company that runs employee transport for other companies: a manager books the trips, drivers collect the staff, and the platform tracks the whole thing. The unusual part of contacting it is that Etapath publishes no telephone number at all. Read from etapath.com on 7 September 2026.

What Etapath publishes

No phone number, on purpose

There is no switchboard, no sales line and no support number anywhere on the site, including the privacy policy and the terms, which are usually where a company that hides its number still has to declare one. The two routes in are the mailbox above and a web form. Treat any Etapath phone number you find on a listing site as unverified, because the company does not publish one itself.

Who the platform is actually for

Etapath sells to employers, not to individual passengers. Its own figures put it at over 5 000 trips a month across more than 500 managers and users, with drivers required to have three years of experience and 2 500 paid trips behind them, and vehicles carrying R5 million passenger liability cover. The product splits into bookings, profile management, analytics and query management.

If you are the passenger

A staff member being driven by Etapath is not the customer. Bookings, cancellations and schedule changes sit with the manager who holds the company profile, and the query management module routes complaints through that same person. Mailing [email protected] about a trip your employer booked will usually come back to your own transport coordinator, so start there.
