Freshware advertises four support routes and two of them do not work. Its menu offers Contact Us, Branches, Log a Repair and a WhatsApp button; on 7 September 2026 the Branches page rendered no branch information at all – just an unclosed page-builder shortcode where the content should be – and Log a Repair returned a 404. That leaves the call centre and a callback line, and those are the two below.

Official contact details

  • Call centre: 087 980 0039
  • Callback: SMS or WhatsApp your Freshware reference number to 060 588 1632 and an agent will phone you back

The callback line is offered specifically for prepaid problems, and the thing it wants is your Freshware reference number rather than a description of the fault. Send the reference and nothing else at first – that is what the agent needs to open your order before ringing.

Freshware publishes no e-mail address anywhere on the site. The call centre is described as the main channel for customers to communicate with the company, which is consistent with what the site actually provides: no mailbox, no branch list, one number and one callback route.

There is no usable branch list, so do not plan a visit

The Branches page exists in the navigation and loads, but it contains no addresses, no hours and no telephone numbers – the page body is broken. Whatever branch network Freshware has is not published, so a repair or a return has to start on the phone rather than by driving somewhere. If an agent gives you a branch address over the call, write it down; there is nowhere on the site to check it against.

The warranty is the reason to keep your paperwork

Freshware sells kitchen appliances, bakeware, kitchenware and outdoor products, and advertises a three-year extended warranty alongside free delivery and free returns. A three-year cover period is longer than the six months the Consumer Protection Act gives by default, so it is worth having – but it is a contractual warranty, which means the terms and the proof requirements are whatever the company published when you bought. Keep the invoice and the reference number; with no branch list and no mailbox, the reference is the only thing that identifies you.

If the call centre does not resolve it

  • Put the complaint in writing anyway, through the WhatsApp line, so there is a dated record with your reference on it.
  • A faulty appliance within six months is a Consumer Protection Act matter – repair, replacement or refund is your choice, not the retailer’s.
  • An unresolved retail complaint goes to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, which is free to consumers.
