FTI is the Faculty Training Institute, a South African training provider in business analysis, software testing and management skills. It runs from Johannesburg and is a member of The LD Group, which is why its contact page also lists two sister companies rather than FTI branches.

Support and escalation routes

• For a booking, invoice or cancellation query, email the info mailbox quoting the course name, the scheduled date and the delegate name
• If a course booking dispute is not resolved, refer to the published refund policy and terms and conditions and put the claim in writing
• Note that FTI Attorneys is a different organisation entirely, despite the shared initials. If you want the law firm rather than the training institute, check which one you have reached before sending documents
