INUKA’s contact page asks you to use only one of the three order and support mailboxes for each request. It also says orders and new registrations sent through the website contact form will not be processed. Send them to orders@inuka.co.za if you want courier delivery, or to collect@inuka.co.za if you will collect at the front office.

The front office in Bellville is also the collection point. The office closes on weekends and South African public holidays, but you can collect orders there on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. INUKA posts its year-end closure dates on the homepage. For 2025, the office closed from 17:00 on 18 December 2025 and reopened at 09:00 on 2 January 2026.

INUKA’s payment page says to use your cellphone number as the payment reference for every EFT or direct deposit. Its FAQ says to use your name and cellphone number as the reference when paying for a business kit. Email your proof of payment to orders@inuka.co.za. Members can also pay online through the member portal. Before you pay, check the bank details against inuka.co.za/pay.
How to buy INUKA products
INUKA sells its products only through registered INUKA Business Members. Its FAQ suggests finding a member near you through the INUKA community on Facebook. There is no registration fee to become a member. Instead, you buy one of five business kits:

- You must be 18 or older to join.
- You can register online, or download the registration form and email it with your proof of payment to orders@inuka.co.za.
- If you were a member before, you are still a member and do not need to register again. Send any changed details, with your registered name and member code, to helpdesk@inuka.co.za.
- Orders are sent only by INUKA’s preferred courier, not by the South African Post Office. Business kits in a bulk or group order of at least 50PV are delivered free.

For remote areas, INUKA recommends giving a delivery address in a main centre or regional area. Its sales month ends on the 6th of each month, or on the following Monday if the 6th falls on a weekend. For an order to count in that month, you must submit it by midnight on the cut-off date and your payment must already show in INUKA’s bank account. A payment made late on the last day may only show the next day.
Members outside South Africa
The registration form lists Angola, Botswana, Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, eSwatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. INUKA’s FAQ says its delivery and operational support is limited to selected countries. In other countries, the member is responsible for delivery, import, customs duties and taxes.
