• Vaal: the listed number is 016 933 4356 with the same not-working note
• For either area, go through head office on 012 342 0013 and ask to be put through to the branch
• The Ceres entry on the same listing repeats the Polokwane mailbox rather than giving its own, so use the Ceres landline or head office
