Roos Garage Doors Contact Details

Roos Garage Doors runs five branches, and each one takes its own enquiries: head office in Centurion for Gauteng on 012 653 6949, and branches in Polokwane, Nelspruit, Port Elizabeth and George. Several smaller towns are served as sub-branches of those, so a quote for a door in Tzaneen or Hazyview is routed through a main branch rather than a local office. Roos Garage Doors branch contact details

George is the one branch that lists cellphone numbers only. The other branches also give a mailbox tied to a named staff member, which is not reproduced here. Use the branch landline, or choose the branch on the website’s contact form so the enquiry reaches the right office.

Tzaneen, Hazyview and the other towns Roos serves

The contact form lists sub-branches at Thohoyandou, Burgersfort, Tzaneen, Malelane and Hazyview. If you are in one of those towns, select it on the form so the enquiry is routed to the branch that serves you, rather than calling a main branch cold.

What Roos sells and installs

Roos sells and fits single and double wooden and steel garage doors, aluminium doors and glass doors, along with motors, hardware and automation. For a quote, the form asks for the door type and your suburb, so have the opening size and a photo of the existing door ready when a consultant replies.

Taking up a problem with a fitting

Take a problem with a fitting to the branch that did the job, and put it in writing with the quote or invoice number. If the branch does not resolve it, email headoffice@roosgaragedoors.co.za. A consumer dispute that the business does not settle can be taken to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
