SafetyCloud Contact Details

SafetyCloud is the occupational health and safety training business that grew out of NOSA, the National Occupational Safety Association. It runs a head office in Centurion and fifteen NOSA colleges around the country, and it routes every one of them through a single national contact centre rather than giving each college its own line.

The 087 number and the info mailbox are the contact centre for the whole group. Every college listed below is published with that same number, so calling a specific campus means calling the national line and naming the campus.

How training is delivered

• Classroom courses at the NOSA colleges listed above
• On-site training, where a facilitator runs the course at your own premises
• Live webinars, joined through the NOSA Academy portal
• Self-paced e-learning through the same portal, covering SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, ISO, legislation, working at height, mining safety and driving courses

Before you book a course

Ask which accreditation the specific course carries and which body issues the certificate, because the NOSA name covers courses accredited by different bodies. Ask too whether the price includes the examination and the reissue of a certificate, and confirm the venue in writing: several of the colleges above sit in serviced-office buildings where the room, not the address, is what you need on the day.

• For an accreditation dispute, take it to the SETA or professional body named on the certificate for that course
