What this organisation provides

Zimbali is a coastal residential estate with a country club, golf, and a range of sport and leisure facilities including tennis, squash, pickleball, soccer, cricket, mini golf, swimming, basketball and netball. Hotel and lodge accommodation on the estate is operated separately from the estate management association, which is why The Capital Zimbali and Zimbali Lodge have their own numbers.

Address and operating information

The estate is run by the Zimbali Estate Management Association, Zimbali Drive, Dolphin Coast, 4399. The Zimbali Estate Welcome Centre, which handles guests and holiday rentals, is open Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 19:00, Friday from 07:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00. Estate security is staffed outside those hours on the two numbers above.

Support and escalation routes

Note that the estate does not handle holiday home rentals itself. Zimbali states that holiday home rental enquiries must go to the agent or the owner of the individual property, so the estate offices cannot confirm a booking, take payment or resolve a rental dispute for a privately owned home. If you have booked through an agent, that agent is your counterparty. A dispute over a privately let holiday home is a consumer matter for the National Consumer Commission, while conduct complaints about an estate agency go to the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
