Oxbridge Academy now operates as Waterfall School of Business (WSB). The oxbridgeacademy.edu.za address redirects to wsb.edu.za, and the new site carries no Oxbridge Academy branding – which is why searching the old name returns so little. The contact details below were read from wsb.edu.za on 2 September 2026.
Official contact channels
- Telephone: 010 070 5365
- WhatsApp: 067 234 0252
- Email: [email protected]
- Office hours: 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
The phone number and the WhatsApp number are different – the 010 line is a Gauteng number, the 067 is a mobile used for WhatsApp only. Quote your student number and mention Oxbridge Academy if your enrolment predates the change of name, so records are looked up under the right one.
Admissions and student support
WSB is a distance-learning college. It publishes an Enquire Online route, a How To Register guide and a Register Now facility, and runs several student systems – WSB Sync, WSB Assist, MyHomeStudy, the Student Portal, Arc and a Starter Guide.
Programmes span the National Senior Certificate, National Certificates, Short Learning Programmes, QCTO Occupational Certificates, QCTO Skills Programmes and international certifications. A fees structure for 2026 is published on the site.
These are different qualification types with different standing, not tiers of the same thing. A short learning programme is not a National Certificate, and a skills programme is not a full occupational certificate. Ask which one a course leads to, and what it lets you do next, before you pay.
Campus and address information
Address: The Vineyard, corner Devon Valley and Adam Tas Road, Stellenbosch 7600.
The college is Stellenbosch-based, as Oxbridge Academy was. Because teaching is by distance, this is an administrative address rather than a campus you attend – there are no lectures to walk into.
Escalation routes
With a private college, accreditation is the thing to verify first. WSB states it is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training and accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations, with further accreditation from Saiosh, registration with APPETD and SACAI, ETDP SETA learning programme approval, and some courses endorsed by IIE Rosebank College. It publishes the certificates on its accreditation page.
Ask for the DHET registration number in writing and check it against DHET’s register of private colleges. A number is quicker to verify than a certificate image, and it is the check that matters: an unregistered provider cannot issue a recognised qualification, whatever its marketing says.
Raise a complaint with the college first, in writing, keeping your student number and dates. Beyond it, a complaint about a private college goes to the Department of Higher Education and Training, a dispute over a qualification’s standing to the relevant quality council – QCTO for occupational qualifications, Umalusi for the National Senior Certificate – and a fees or contract dispute falls under the Consumer Protection Act, enforced by the National Consumer Commission.
