Use the numbers as they are printed on the page rather than tapping the links. The underlying dial links on the contact page are built without the international plus sign, so on some phones they will fail to connect while the printed number works normally. There is also an address ending in yoursite.com left in the page from the website template. It is not a SPARK address and mail sent there will not reach the schools.
What this organisation provides
The group runs primary and high schools, mainly in Gauteng, and publishes its fee structure, documents and guides on the site. It offers open days, virtual tours and bookable school tours, and applications are handled centrally rather than at the school gate. Enrolment is described as first come first served and is only secured once the application fee and the first month tuition have been received, so a place is not held on the strength of an accepted application alone.
Uniforms are supplied by outside companies, and their numbers appear on the SPARK contact page even though they are separate businesses. The group does not publish a single head office street address on its contact page. Each campus has its own page on the site with its own location, so for anything about a specific school, start from that school page rather than from the central number.
Support and escalation routes
These are independent schools, which changes the rules that apply. Fees are a contract between the parent and the school rather than a school governing body decision, so the exemption arrangements that apply at public schools do not apply here and the signed contract sets out what happens if you withdraw a child or fall behind. Read the notice period before you sign, because a term notice is common.
Independent schools must be registered with the provincial education department, and that department is the external route if a complaint cannot be resolved through [email protected]. For a data or privacy request, go to the Information Officer address first, and if that fails, the Information Regulator handles POPIA complaints.
