UFH handles admissions enquiries per campus and per faculty through enrolment officers at Alice, Bhisho and East London. The published office lines are:

Applications for 2027 undergraduate and postgraduate programmes opened on 1 May 2026. Undergraduate and Masters or Honours applications close on 31 October 2026, and PhD applications close on 31 March 2027. Apply online at ufh.ac.za/apply; UFH asks that you have a valid email address and access to a scanner before you start.
You can track your admission status on the Student Web Online Application System. UFH sends a confirmation email and may notify you by SMS or email. If you have a foreign qualification, it must be evaluated by SAQA, and you are responsible for forwarding your documents to SAQA.
