The fraud line is separate from the general number and is also toll-free. Use it for anything involving misuse of NYDA funds or someone claiming to sell access to a grant.
That matters here. The NYDA runs a grant programme, and grant programmes attract people offering to secure funding for a fee. NYDA products are applied for directly and nobody can sell you an approval.
