Clicks Contact Details
The Clicks contact number is the Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257, and from outside South Africa, +27 21 460 1009. There is no single answer to what time Clicks closes today, because Clicks trading hours are set store by store: each Clicks store has its own phone numbers and opening hours, listed on its store page in the Clicks store finder. Of the stores on this page, most close at 18:00 on weekdays, at 17:00 or 18:00 on Saturday and between 14:00 and 17:00 on Sundays and public holidays. Below are the addresses, numbers and hours for Clicks Westgate, Waterfall Mall, Atterbury, Mega City, Phoenix, 6th Avenue Walmer, Glengarry, Norkem Mall, Cresta, Northgate, Rosebank and Hillcrest Corner, followed by a table of Pretoria and Centurion Clicks stores by name, from Hatfield and Waverley to Sammy Marks and Mams Square. The first nine stores were read from clicks.co.za on 14 September 2026, the customer service numbers and careers site on 4 October 2026, and the other stores, the Pharmacy Call Centre and the email addresses on 12 October 2026.

Clicks trading hours: what time does Clicks open and close today?
Clicks does not publish one national set of operating hours. Each store page gives that store’s times for every day, including public holidays, and marks them “Call to confirm”. The working hours of the stores in the hours table below show the usual pattern:
- Opening time, Monday to Friday: 08:00 at Mega City Mall, 6th Avenue Walmer and Glengarry (09:00 on Wednesdays at Walmer and Glengarry); 08:30 at Cresta Centre (09:00 on Wednesdays); 09:00 at the other stores.
- Closing time, Monday to Friday: 18:00, except Clicks Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg, Cresta Centre and Rosebank Mall, which close at 19:00, and Northgate, which closes at 19:00 on Fridays.
- Saturday: stores open at 08:00, 08:30 or 09:00 and close at 17:00; Westgate Pharm in Roodepoort, Waterfall Mall, Northgate and Rosebank Mall close at 18:00, and Cresta Centre closes at 19:00.
- Sunday and public holidays: every store in the table opens at 09:00 and closes at 14:00, 15:00, 16:00 or 17:00.
If you are checking whether a Clicks near you is open now, find the store in the table below or in the store finder and phone it before you travel, especially on a public holiday.

All the stores listed are store-and-pharmacy branches. Clicks marks its opening hours “Call to confirm”, so phone the store before you travel, especially on public holidays. Most store-and-pharmacy pages also list a pharmacy telephone number, which is often the same as one of the shop numbers.
Clicks pharmacy contact number and hours
The national Clicks pharmacy contact number is the Pharmacy Call Centre on 0860 REPEAT (0860 737328). It is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Email repeat@clicksgroup.co.za for script-related queries and service@clicks.co.za for pharmacy-related queries. Each store pharmacy can also be phoned directly: most store-and-pharmacy pages in the Clicks store finder list a pharmacy telephone number next to the shop numbers, and it is often the same as one of the shop numbers. The Clicks Phoenix row in the table above, for example, shows the pharmacy number next to the shop number. Not every store page has one: store-only branches such as Hatfield Plaza, Hillcrest Boulevard, Rayton and Lyttelton 2, and the Clicks shops in Netcare Unitas and Netcare Femina hospitals, show no pharmacy number. Clicks says all its pharmacies are licensed by the National Department of Health and recorded at the South African Pharmacy Council. The Healthcare Services section of clicks.co.za covers the clinic services Clicks offers.
Clicks customer service number and ClubCard
For online orders, deliveries, ClubCard and general queries, call the Clicks Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257, or +27 21 460 1009 if you are outside South Africa. Both numbers are printed in the footer of clicks.co.za. Before calling, check the Clicks Help Portal at help.clicks.co.za, which has ClubCard FAQs, and use “Where is my order?” on clicks.co.za to track an online order. Have your order number or ClubCard number ready when you call.
You can also email service@clicks.co.za for general queries or clubcard@clicks.co.za for ClubCard queries. Clicks says it aims to respond to all email enquiries within 2 to 3 working days.
Clicks near me: finding a branch
For a store not listed here, use the “Find a store” option at the top of clicks.co.za. Each store page shows the address, opening hours for every day including public holidays, shop telephone numbers and, where the store has them, a pharmacy number and clinic hours, which is what you need for a Clicks branch near you.
Nearest Clicks: how to use the Clicks store locator
To find the nearest Clicks, open the store locator at clicks.co.za/store-finder, or choose “Find a store” at the top of clicks.co.za. Search by postcode or town, or use “Find stores near me”. Results are listed nearest first and can be filtered to “All”, “With pharmacy” or “With clinic”. Clicks advises calling the store to confirm its times, because trading hours can change with the time of year, and the Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257 will also confirm a store’s trading hours for you.
Clicks Westgate: which one?
Clicks has two Westgate stores. Clicks Westgate is in Westgate Mall, Weltevreden Valley, Cape Town, on 021 371 6141 or 021 371 6884. Clicks Westgate Pharm is in Westgate Shopping Centre on Ontdekkers Road, Horizon View, Roodepoort, on 011 768 1765 or 011 768 0222, and it opens later on weekends: Saturday until 18:00 and Sunday until 16:00.
Clicks Waterfall Mall is in Rustenburg
Clicks Waterfall Mall, on Augrabies Avenue in Cashan, is in Rustenburg in North West, not in the Waterfall area of Midrand. Clicks lists separate stores called Waterfall Corner and Waterfall Walk in its store finder, so check the address before you visit. Clicks Waterfall Mall is open from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays.
Clicks Cresta and Clicks Northgate
Clicks lists its Cresta store as Cresta Centre. It is in Cresta Shopping Centre on Beyers Naude Dr, Cresta, Randburg, on 011 476 6974 or 011 678 5437, and it closes at 19:00 from Monday to Saturday. The store also has a clinic, open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 (from 09:00 on Wednesdays) and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00, and closed on Sundays and public holidays. Clicks Northgate is at Shop 219, corner Northumberland and Olievenhout Ave, Northgate, Randburg, on 011 794 1765 or 011 794 3722. The full hours for both are in the store table above.
Clicks Rosebank: Rosebank Mall or The Zone?
Clicks has two stores in Rosebank, Johannesburg. Clicks Rosebank Mall is at Shop 237, Rosebank Mall, Baker St, on 011 268 0048 or 011 268 0033, and closes at 19:00 on weekdays. Clicks The Zone @ Rosebank is at GFC01, The Zone @ Rosebank, Oxford Rd, on 011 268 6666 or 011 268 6687, and closes at 18:00 on weekdays. Both are store-and-pharmacy branches.
Clicks Hillcrest: Pretoria or KwaZulu-Natal?
Two different stores are called Clicks Hillcrest. Clicks Hillcrest Boulevard is in Hillcrest Boulevard on Lynnwood Rd, Hillcrest, Pretoria, on 012 362 6652. Clicks lists it as a store only, open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 and Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 14:00; see Clicks Hillcrest Boulevard contact details. Clicks Hillcrest Corner is at Shop G19, Hillcrest Corner, Old Main Rd, Hilldene, Hillcrest, in KwaZulu-Natal, on 031 765 8161 or 031 765 8426. It is a store-and-pharmacy branch, and its hours are in the store table above.
Clicks stores by name: Pretoria, Centurion and surrounds
The table below lists Clicks stores in and around Pretoria under the name Clicks prints in its store finder, with the first shop telephone number on the store’s page. Where people search for a store under a different name, that name is shown in brackets; it is not Clicks’ own name for the store. Each link opens our page for that branch.

Some names need care. Clicks has no store called Woodlands Mall: the store in Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Complex is Clicks Woodhill Pharm. Mams Square is not a Clicks store name either; the store is Clicks Mamelodi Square, and Clicks Mams Mall, Mamelodi Crossing and Tshwane Mall are separate Mamelodi stores. The Clicks store in Arcadia is Clicks Sancardia in the Sanlam Centre, not Sun Arcadia. Clicks has no Jean Crossing store; Clicks Jean Village on Gerhard St is the only store with Jean in its name. The Lynnwood Ridge store is Clicks Lynnridge Mall, not Lynnridge Walk or Lynnwood Walk. Clicks spells two store names its own way, Village at Moreletta and Attridgeville, and Clicks Lyttelton 2 is a different store from Clicks Lyttleton in Highlands Shopping Centre.
Three Clicks stores have a Montana address: Montana Cross in Montana Crossing, Kolonnade Retail Park, and Montana Park inside Netcare Montana Private Hospital. Clicks Kolonnade, in Kolonnade Shopping Centre in Montana Park, is a fourth store nearby.
Clicks has five stores with a Pretoria Central address: Middestad Mall on Pretorius St, Sammy Marks Square, Tramshed, Foschurch and Station Square. Middestad Mall, Foschurch and Station Square are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 16:00 and Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 14:00. Tramshed keeps the same hours but opens at 09:00 on Wednesdays, and Sammy Marks Square also opens at 09:00 on Wednesdays and stays open until 17:00 on Saturdays.
Clicks prints the same telephone number, 011 432 8756, for both Clicks Unitas and Clicks Femina, so expect a shared line rather than a direct line to either shop. The Unitas store page does not show usable trading hours, so check Clicks’ store page or phone before you go.
Clicks does not list a store called Raslouw; the nearest stores its store finder returns are Clicks The Mall@Reds in Rooihuiskraal North on 012 656 8850 and Clicks Celtis Ridge in Heuwelsig Estate on 012 656 0566 or 012 656 9631, followed by Centurion Lifestyle, Eldo Square and Eldoraigne.
Clicks Medicross contact number
Clicks Medicross is not a separate company. Medicross is Netcare’s chain of medical and dental centres, and Netcare announced in 2016 that Clicks would take over the pharmacies inside those centres, under the Clicks name, from 1 December 2016. Clicks says there are 37 Clicks pharmacies within Medicross medical centres. There is no single Clicks Medicross contact number: each of these pharmacies has its own Clicks store page and its own telephone number.
| Clicks pharmacy in a Medicross centre | Address | Telephone | Trading hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Clicks Pretoria West | Medicross Medical Centre, 551 WF Nkomo St, Pretoria West, Pretoria, 0183 | 012 327 5517 | Mon to Fri 08:00 to 18:00 (Wed from 07:30); Sat 08:00 to 13:00; Sun and public holidays 08:00 to 12:00 |

| Clicks Silverton | Medicross Silverton, 310 Pretoria Rd, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184 | 012 804 4924, 012 804 1203 | Mon to Fri 08:00 to 18:00; Sat 08:00 to 14:00; Sun and public holidays 09:00 to 13:00 |
| Clicks Constantia Park | Duvernoy St, Constantia Park, Pretoria, 0010 | 012 993 2087, 012 998 1518 | Mon to Fri 07:30 to 18:00 (Tue from 08:30); Sat 08:00 to 13:00; Sun 09:00 to 12:00; public holidays 09:00 to 13:00 |
These numbers reach the Clicks pharmacy only. Doctor and dentist appointments at a Medicross centre are handled by Medicross and Netcare, not by Clicks.
Clicks in a Netcare hospital
Under the same agreement, Clicks was to take over the retail front shops in Netcare hospitals from 1 February 2017. Dispensing prescriptions in Netcare’s hospital pharmacies stayed with Netcare, and Clicks lists some of its hospital shops, such as Clicks Unitas and Clicks Femina, as store only. In Pretoria and Centurion, see Clicks Unitas in Netcare Unitas Hospital, Clicks Femina in Netcare Femina Hospital and Clicks Montana Park in Netcare Montana Private Hospital.
Clicks careers portal and online registration
Clicks jobs are advertised on the Clicks Group careers portal at careers.clicksgroup.co.za, which the Careers link in the footer of clicks.co.za opens. The portal has sections for jobs, bursaries, employees and recruiters, and a “Login / Upload CV” option. To register you give an email address, a password, a mobile phone number, your first and last name, your citizenship and a national ID or passport number, and you upload a CV as a pdf, doc, docx or txt file of up to 10 MB.
The portal gives its own support line for help with the registration process: 010 140 3099 or clickssupport@pnet.co.za. That line is for the careers site only; the Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257 is for shopping and ClubCard queries.
For a specific location, see our A to Z list of Clicks stores and branches.
