Unity Health sells health insurance, not medical scheme membership, and says its cover is not a substitute for belonging to a medical scheme. The products listed on its site are:

Its provider network lists more than 4 300 GPs, 2 400 dentists, 450 optometrists and 200 private hospitals, and members and non-members can search it online. Claims are processed weekly and settled directly with the provider.
