Two of these are worth singling out.
music@metrofm.co.za is the music submissions address. If you are an artist sending material to the station, that is the mailbox, and sending it to general enquiries means it has to be forwarded before anyone who selects music sees it.
promotions@metrofm.co.za handles competitions. Competition queries are the single most time-sensitive thing listeners write about, because entries close, so use the direct address rather than the general one.
Note that the Music Awards option is the only one that goes to two mailboxes at once. Copy both if you are writing about the awards.
The form itself limits your message to 180 characters, which is another reason to email directly if you have anything detailed to say.
The studio line is for getting on air
086 000 2160 is labelled by the station as the studio line. It is what you use to call in to a live show, not an admin switchboard, so it will be busy during popular slots and quiet outside them.
