Gold Fields Contact Details

Gold Fields is a globally diversified gold producer with eight operating mines across Australia, Ghana, Peru and South Africa. In South Africa it runs the corporate office in Sandton and the South Deep mine near Westonaria, and the two are on different numbers for different things.

Gold Fields South Africa contact details

• Corporate office: 150 Helen Road, Sandown, Sandton. Telephone 011 562 9700
• South Deep Gold Mine: Old Vereeniging, Farm Modderfontein, Westonaria. Telephone 011 411 1000
• Human resources: 011 562 9700, or the country office for site HR teams
• Media: media@goldfields.com. Sustainability: Sustainability@goldfields.com
• Investor relations: investor.relations@goldfields.com or 011 562 9700

Gold Fields lists named investor relations staff with personal mobile numbers alongside those addresses. Those are individual contacts rather than desks and are not repeated here; the investor.relations@ mailbox reaches the same team and survives staff changes.

Suppliers and vendors

• Supplier portal help desk and supplier management: 011 411 1872, or vendor.management@goldfields.com
• B1SA technical support, South Africa only: 011 455 0033
• Procurement for South Deep is administered from the mine at Farm Modderfontein, Westonaria

Registration, pre-qualification and accreditation all run through the supplier portal rather than by phone. Gold Fields publishes a Supplier Code of Business Conduct and a supplier classification process; read both before applying, because an incomplete registration is the usual reason an application stalls.

Thusano share scheme beneficiaries

If you hold Thusano, the employee share scheme, Gold Fields does not administer it. Contact the administrators, JIS Investor Services, directly on 086 143 3659 or thusano@jseinvestorservices.co.za. You can also dial *120*1138# from a mobile phone to check your information. Phoning the mine or the Sandton office about a Thusano payout will only get you redirected.

Reporting misconduct

Gold Fields runs an independent ethics line for South Africa on 0800 203 711, with reports going to goldfields@tip-offs.com rather than to the company. It is the route for suspected fraud, bribery, safety cover-ups or human rights concerns, and it accepts anonymous reports. The group Code of Conduct and whistleblowing policy are both published on goldfields.com.
