If a delivery arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, notify HiFi Corp within 24 hours of delivery on 0860 459 459 or at hificorp@pl.co.za, and the team will arrange to collect it. HiFi Corp aims to replace a damaged product within 3 business days.
Online orders are delivered throughout South Africa within 2 to 5 working days, as long as payment and order confirmation happen before 12h00. Deliveries run Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with no weekend or public holiday deliveries.

What you need before contacting HiFi Corp

- For Click & Collect, your ID as well as the order number.
Click & Collect is free at all stores that have stock. Couriers and Ubers cannot collect for you without written consent from head office.
Step-by-step contact process
- Have your order number and receipt or confirmation email ready.
- For a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery, notify HiFi Corp within 24 hours on 0860 459 459 or at hificorp@pl.co.za.
- For a return or exchange, take the item in its original packaging with the receipt to any HiFi Corp store. A handling fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Refunds go to your card or bank account and may take 10 to 30 days, counted from when the goods are received. If a refund has not reflected, call 0860 459 459 or use the online contact form.
