For help with your Pick n Pay Store Account, call the RCS Contact Centre on 0861 555 995 or email pnp@rcsgroup.co.za. The Store Account is a credit facility loaded on your Smart Shopper card, and Pick n Pay says it is administered by RCS (NCRCP38, FSP44481), which is the credit provider.

Official Pick n Pay Store Account route
Pick n Pay’s Store Account page says that for any assistance with your Store Account you should call the RCS Contact Centre on 0861 555 995 or email pnp@rcsgroup.co.za. Use this route for balances, payments and any other account question.
You can check your balance at the till, online, on your statement or by calling 0861 555 995.
Store Account support
The Store Account works on your existing Smart Shopper card, so you do not need a separate card. Pick n Pay lists these features:
- Double Smart Shopper points on in-store and Pick n Pay Clothing purchases.
- Up to 55 days interest-free when you settle in full, and zero transaction fees.
- Up to three secondary cards for family and friends, with custom spending limits.
- A free SMS for every purchase.
You can pay the account by monthly debit order, in store or by EFT.
Optional Customer Protection Insurance covers the balance on death or permanent disability, and up to 12 months’ instalments for loss of income or temporary disability. It is underwritten by Guardrisk Life Limited (FSP76) and administered by RCS Cards.
Eligibility and account requirements
- Apply online using the RCS form at rcs.co.za/partner/pick-n-pay/appform/card/, or leave your details at a Pick n Pay Money counter in store.
- Once approved, use your Smart Shopper card to make purchases on the Store Account.
- Pay each month by debit order, in store or by EFT.
- For balances or queries, call the RCS Contact Centre on 0861 555 995 or email pnp@rcsgroup.co.za.
Escalation route
Pick n Pay does not publish a separate escalation line for the Store Account. Put unresolved queries in writing to pnp@rcsgroup.co.za and keep the reply.
If you suspect fraud on your account, RCS asks you to email investigations@rcsgroup.co.za or call 021 597 4970. Formal letters to RCS can go to its head office at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town 7405, or PO Box 111, Goodwood 7459.
