Woolworths Southdowns trading hours
Sunday trading starts at 08:00, an hour before many Centurion branches, and runs to 17:00. The weekday times the locator shows (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) are 08:00 to 19:00, and Saturday is 08:00 to 18:00. Tuesday and Friday come back blank from the feed and are not marked closed, so confirm with the store on 012 682 9460.
Food and a butcher counter
Southdowns is a Food store. Alongside Foods the locator lists a Butcher Counter, which not every Woolworths Food branch has, so it is worth a call to 012 682 9460 if you need a particular cut. Clothing and homeware are not listed here.
Irene has two Woolworths
Southdowns and Irene Link are both in Irene, about 3 km apart, but they sell different things. Irene Link, Corner Alexandra Road and Impala Street (012 662 9440), is a W Edit with clothing and homeware and no food; its Sunday hours are 09:00 to 15:00. Southdowns is the one for groceries. Centurion Mall (012 643 4900) and Jean Ave in Lyttelton (012 644 4520, closed Sundays) are the next options.
For national help with orders, cards or rewards, see our Woolworths contact details page and the retail section.
