e.tv publishes a feedback form on its contact page, asking only for your name, email, phone number and message. The contact line is 021 481 4400 and the email is info@etv.co.za. The Johannesburg switchboard is 011 537 9300. We read this on etv.co.za on 24 September 2026.

The feedback form

It is short, which is good and bad. Four fields: full name, email address, phone number and message. There is no subject line and no category to pick.

That means nothing routes your message for you. Put the programme name and the date and time it aired in the first line of the message yourself, or whoever opens it will not know what you are writing about.

If you would rather not use a form, the same page gives an email address and a phone number, and those reach the same organisation.

The “Complaint Form” is not for complaining about a show

This one genuinely sends people the wrong way, so it is worth being clear about.

Every page on etv.co.za carries a footer link reading Complaint Form. It is not a viewer complaint form. It is Form 5 of the access to information process, published alongside the internal appeal form, the request for access to a record and the PAIA manual.

In other words, it is for complaining about how a request for information was handled, not about a programme, an advert or a broadcast.

For anything to do with what was on screen, use the feedback form or the email address instead.

Two Cape Town numbers

The contact page gives two numbers in the same 021 481 4 range and labels them differently.

Label on the pageNumber
“or call us”, at the top of the page021 481 4400
Cape Town office switchboard021 481 4500

They differ by one digit in the middle. Both are published by e.tv and both are labelled, so this is not obviously an error. Start with 021 481 4400, which is the one offered for general contact, and use the switchboard if you need a specific person or department.

Durban and Bloemfontein have no telephone number at all on e.tv’s contact page, only a street and a post box. For those two, the feedback form or the Cape Town and Johannesburg numbers are the only route in.

Port Elizabeth is the city the site names. It is now officially Gqeberha, which is worth knowing if you are searching maps rather than the site.

Postal addresses, including one that is missing

OfficePostal address

DurbanPO Box 10343, Marine Parade, Durban, 4056
BloemfonteinPO Box 29076, Danhof, Bloemfontein, 9310
Port ElizabethBlank on e.tv’s own page

The Port Elizabeth entry has a “Postal address” heading with nothing under it but the words “South Africa”. There is no box number and no street repeat, so there is no way to address post to that office from the site.

Note also the Johannesburg mismatch: the office is in Dunkeld West with a 2196 code, but the private bag is at Sandton, 2146. Both are correct. Use the private bag for post and Albury Road for a courier.

Other routes

e.tv’s footer carries a Submissions link for people pitching content, a Rate Card for advertisers and a Careers section. Sending any of those through the general feedback form will only slow them down.

The broadcaster is also on Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube, all linked from its own pages rather than from third-party listings.

One small thing on web addresses: the plain “contact” address returns a page not found. The working one is “contact us” with both words.

The registered entity is eTV (Pty) Ltd.
