DHL Contact Details
DHL in South Africa is several separate businesses, and the right number depends on which one carries your shipment. For courier parcels and documents sent with DHL Express, call customer service on 0860 345 000. DHL eCommerce uses +27 10 534 8007, while DHL Supply Chain, the warehousing and contract logistics division, publishes an online form rather than a phone number. These routes were read on dhl.com/za-en and the MyDHL+ help pages on 16 September 2026.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not DHL and cannot track, reroute or release a shipment.

If you are not sure which division has your parcel, the Customer Service page on dhl.com/za-en asks for the tracking number and points you to the matching contact. DHL says tracking events usually appear 24 to 48 hours after the tracking ID is issued, and that a missing tracking number has to come from the shipper or online shop.
What this organisation provides
DHL Express handles international and domestic express documents and parcels for personal and business customers, and runs the MyDHL+ portal for booking, pickups and customs paperwork. DHL eCommerce offers standard international and domestic parcel services. DHL Global Forwarding moves containers, pallets and other cargo by air, sea and road, and serves business customers only. DHL Supply Chain builds outsourced logistics solutions for large companies, so its contact route is a sales enquiry form rather than a public help line. Duties and customs clearance questions on an Express shipment belong with the customs support line in the table.
Address and operating information
The DHL Express country office and aviation head office share one address: DHL International (Pty) Ltd t/a DHL Express, 15 Tugela Lane, Waterfall Logistics Precinct, Waterfall City, Midrand 1685. The country office keeps the same hours as customer service, while the aviation head office works Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:30. The Cape Town area office is at 2 Long Street, Cape Town 8001, open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. DHL’s South African site did not list a separate street address or telephone number for DHL Supply Chain, and its press page says no local press contact is currently available.
DHL Express customer service is closed on South African public holidays, including Heritage Day on 24 September and the Day of Reconciliation on 16 December. To drop off a parcel, use the service point locator on dhl.com/za-en rather than going to a head office.
Support and escalation routes
- Start with the division that has your tracking number, and keep the waybill or tracking ID handy for every call.
- For a DHL Express service failure, log it with the Complaint form, or the Claim form for loss or damage, on the MyDHL+ Help and Support page.
- If that stalls, MyDHL+ has a form to contact DHL Express South Africa management directly.
- An unresolved courier complaint can go to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud on 0860 000 272, WhatsApp 081 335 3005 or info@cgso.org.za.
DHL’s fraud awareness page says official emails come only from @dhl.com addresses and their subdomains, @dpdhl.com, @dhl-news.com or country domains such as @dhl.de, and never from Gmail, Yahoo or other free email services. Fake delivery SMSes often carry shortened links or a generic sender name such as “Delivery”. Do not pay a customs or delivery fee through a link in an unexpected message; check the shipment on dhl.com first.
